The rainy day didn’t spoil our mood. Following the directions given by the hotel staff, we walked around the hotel in search of the nearest Lawson convenient store.<\/p>\n

Managed to get our Ghibli Museum tickets with the help of the store assistant.<\/p>\n

10:50 AM Marunouchi Building (Marubiru)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Marunouchi Building was opened in 2002 and located just in front of the Tokyo Station.<\/p>\n

It was very cold, hence we decided to have something that is hot, maybe ramen or something. Found a ramen restaurant.<\/p>\n

We ordered a ramen set with an extra bowl of ramen. It tasted almost the same as the one we had the day before but it was considerably cheaper.<\/p>\n

We walked around Marunouchi Building shopping complex after lunch and spotted a dinosaur.<\/p>\n

It was really cold.<\/p>\n

The Imperial East Gardens are the only part of the palace that is open to the public. The Gardens are closed on Mondays & Fridays.<\/p>\n

We forgot that the Imperial Palace is closed every Monday! Never mind, we will be back the next time!<\/p>\n

Tokyo Station is one of Japan’s busiest railway stations and the terminal of multiple Shinkansen lines. The red brick building was originally built during in the Meiji Period.<\/p>\n
