JR’s mother dropped us off at Changi Airport T3 at around 10 PM and left. We checked in the largest luggage and went into the departure hall for some shopping before our flight.<\/p>\n

Some light snacks at Toast Box before our flight.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Our traditional toast with kaya set. I love toast with kaya + butter with half boiled eggs but it’s extremely fattening.<\/p>\n

Proceed to the boarding gate A4.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Look at the number of people at the waiting area! Actually, there were 2 flights departuring at gates A1-A4.<\/p>\n

Initially wanted to take some photos of the plane but it was too dark. We couldn’t even see the plane through the glass window.<\/p>\n

The Economy Class cabin on the upper deck are arranged in a 2-4-2 configuration. It’s more favorable to us since the 2-seaters layout offers direct access to the aisle. We do not have to wake up any stranger sitting along the aisle when we need the restrooms. \"\"<\/p>\n

Look at the 10.6 inch (27 cm) personal screen!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Each seat includes a reading light installed under the screen, personal storage space for spectacles and small items, a coat hook and in-seat power supply.<\/p>\n

Extra cup holder from the seat. We do not have to “open” the table to place our cup.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We brought our own earphones + inflight adapters – don’t need to wait for the stewardess to give out the oversize (for me) headphone.<\/p>\n

Personal storage compartment along the window-side. Only the upper deck of the A380 has the storage compartment on both sides of the windows.<\/p>\n
