London Bridge is within walking distance from Borough Market. My initial plan was to take a walk across the London Bridge so we could have a nice view of the opposite Tower Bridge. We only managed to walk to the starting point of the bridge before I gave up because I couldn’t stand the cold. I was feeling unwell due to the cold and jet lag. We decided to go somewhere warmer.<\/p>\n

We walked back to London Bridge Station. The Jubilee Line was unavailable that morning so we took the tube along the Central Line instead.<\/p>\n

There are many stalls selling different types of antiques along Portobello Road Market.<\/p>\n

Walked past The Hummingbird Bakery store along the way. We went into the crowded store and bought an expensive \u00c2\u00a32.65 (S$5) Red Velvet cupcake.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

2 unleash dogs waiting patiently outside a supermarket for their owner.<\/p>\n

Making our way towards our next destination.<\/p>\n

Our bus, 23, to Liverpool Street.<\/p>\n

12:00 PM Oxford Street<\/strong><\/p>\n

We did some shopping along Oxford Street.<\/p>\n

13:35 PM Harrods Department Store<\/strong><\/p>\n

We took a bus from Oxford Street to Harrods Department Store for another round of shopping.<\/p>\n

The store was full of bunnies and eggs as Easter was coming. The Easter chocolates for sale were beautiful but extremely expensive.<\/p>\n

We decided to head back to the hotel to take a break before dinner.<\/p>\n

We ate the red velvet cupcake bought earlier before taking a nap.<\/p>\n

19:30 PM Wild Honey Restaurant<\/strong><\/p>\n

We woke up at 6+ PM, washed up and made our way to Wild Honey Restaurant for dinner. I got to know about this one Michelin Star restaurant from one of my colleagues and had made reservation a few weeks earlier.<\/p>\n

Duck Foie Gras Terrine – I prefer the pan seared foie gras that we usually have in Singapore.<\/em><\/p>\n

Wild Honey Ice Cream with Honeycomb – Nice but extremely sweet dessert.<\/p>\n

We went back to the hotel right after dinner as most of the shops along Oxford Street were closing.<\/p>\n
