On board SQ68<\/strong><\/p>\n

The flight from Singapore to Sao Paulo via Barcelona is 26 hrs 15 mins, one of the longest flight we ever took.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Stirfried beef and vegetables in oriental black pepper sauce with steamed rice<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Catalan Chicken wiht Spanish sauce<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Ferrero Rocher<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce, chicken sausage, grilled tomato and potatoes with fruit yoghurt<\/p>\n

Fried noodles with char siew style roast pork, vegetables and mushroom<\/p>\n

Transiting at Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Panfried hake fish with green salsa, boiled potatoes and piquillo peppers<\/p>\n

Checking in to TAM Airlines.<\/p>\n

Queuing up the boarding gate. We got onto a bus which brought us to the aircraft.<\/p>\n

It was my first time climbing up the stairs into the aircraft<\/p>\n

18:40 PM Rio de janeiro Gale\u00c3\u00a3o International Airport\u00c2 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The flight to Rio de janeiro took less than an hour. We exchanged some Brazilian Real with our USD at the airport.<\/p>\n

19:30 PM Hotel Novo Mundo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finally arrived at our destination after 30 hours of traveling from Singapore.<\/p>\n

Our simple but expensive room in Rio.<\/p>\n

The toilet<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Pack of tissue instead of box tissue!!!<\/p>\n

20:15 PM Dinner @ Big Nectar<\/strong><\/p>\n

We found a dining place about a street behind our hotel. It took us some time to order our food as most Brazilians do not understand English.<\/p>\n

Fruit juices<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Bacon pizza<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Green salad<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Fish Fillet Rice & Fries<\/p>\n

The first thing that we noticed was that Brazil food is extremely salty! We couldn’t finish the whole meal but at least we satisfied our hungry stomachs.<\/p>\n
