Why September??? Cos I&#8217;m waiting for the chance to use my 50% discount voucher, which would only be valid 7 days before or after my birthday date.<\/p>\n<p>I stepped out of the salon at 5+ PM and made my way slowly over to Raffles City, then to Shaw Towers.
