At last it’s mine! I have been waiting for Wii Fit for months!
Wii Fit is an exercise game consisting of fun activities that utilize the Wii Balance Board.
The balance board measures the user’s weight and center of gravity. With the user’s data and height, Wii Fit will calculate the user’s body mass index.
The game has about 40 different activities which include yoga poses, strengthening and balancing exercises.
Important Notice:
A note for players under 20 and their parents:
The Body Mass Index (BMI) categories (underweight, normal, overweight, and obese) displayed by Wii Fit, do not apply to people under 20 years of age.
Please note that while playing Wii Fit, others in the room may be able to see your age, weight and BMI category on the TV screen.
Also please note:
If you are using the Wii Balance Board on carpet, use the Wii Balance Board foot extensions (included) for proper operation.
The Wii balance Board must be synchronized with your Wii console before use. Do not synchronize the board with the console until instructed to do so by the Wii Fit game program.
